What is the minimum commitment?
You can start with a single full-time employee. There is no minimum team size. The initial engagement runs for six months as a proof-of-concept period. After that, the agreement continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with standard notice.
Do I manage the employees myself?
Yes. Your remote employees report directly to you or your team leads. You set the tasks, define the priorities and manage performance. MaproGlobal handles the employment infrastructure, not your day-to-day operations.
Is there a European contract?
Yes. Every engagement is based on a European service agreement. You work with a European contracting partner under European law. All processes are GDPR-compliant and intellectual property rights are clearly defined in the contract.
